From left to right they are Chang Kuo Lao (fig.) riding a dunky, Tsao Kuo-chiu (fig.) on a one-horned Bi Xie, Chung-li Chuan (fig.) on a kilen, Li Tieh-kuai (fig.) on a lion, Lu Tong-pin (fig.) riding his tiger, Han Hsiang Tzu (fig.) mounted on a buffalo, Ho Hsien-ku (fig.) on a deer, and Lan Tsai-ho (fig.) seated on an elephant.
