  Reua Saeng

Thailand

Reua Saeng are lesser escort barges that accompany the Royal Barge Procession at the rear end of the flotilla. There are totally seven such barges. This one is the first and has the Thai number one () painted in white on its bow. The oarsmen of the first six Reua Saeng barges wear a white jacket bordered with blue, a blue pahkaomah with white dots, blue trousers, and a blue brimless hat trimmed with gold and with earflaps, whereas those of the last one wear a white jacket bordered with red and gold, a red pahkaomah, and a red Malabiang-helmet (fig.). The roof of all the Reua Saeng barges is red with a golden frame in the form of an elongated quadrangle.
