In Thai sea jellies are known as maeng kaphrun. This one was spotted swimming at the surface of the sea in Ha Long Bay, off the coast of northern Vietnam. There are two fish swimming in front of it, as if they seem to know that as long as they stay ahead, they are safe from the jelly's stinging tentacles, which to them would probably be deadly.
