A pyatthat in Burmese style (left), and a chedi (fig.) next to each other near Wat Jong Kham in Mae Hong Son. Located in the vicinity of Myanmar and with a population of mainly Thai Yai or Shan, the local temple architecture is greatly influenced by traditional architecture from there.
