The royal funeral cart or rajarot used to transport the koht, i.e. the royal funeral urn (fig.), in the funeral procession of King Rama IX (fig.), with in the background the royal crematorium, known as Phra Meru (fig.), at Sanam Luang (fig.), where traditionally all members of the royal family are cremated (fig.).
