Kanom jihb
are savoury sweetmeats made of thin sheets of rice
or wheat dough enclosing minced meat and steamed in small round bamboo baskets
called
kheng.
They
come in
many different varieties and may be
filled with minced meat of
pork, crab or shrimp.
