					Venus' 
					Slippers, i.e. a genus of the orchid subfamily 
					Cypripedioideae, of which members in turn are commonly 
					referred to as Lady's Slipper Orchids (fig.), 
					after the slipper-shaped pouches of the flowers: 1. 
					Paphiopedilum bellatulum, nicknamed 
				
				Egg-in-a-nest Orchid and 
				endemic to northeastern India, central and southern China, 
				Thailand, 
					
	Myanmar, 
				and Indochina; 2. 
				
				Paphiopedilum exul, endemic to Peninsular Thailand; 3. 
				
				
				Paphiopedilum concolor, endemic to southern
