  Bung Supachalasai

Bung Supachalasai was a Navy Captain with the title of Luang, who between 1933 and 1934 held the position of Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Navy. He was also the first Director General of the Department of Physical Education, a position he held from 1934 to  1942, during which he overlooked the construction of the National Stadium sports complex in Bangkok.
