Prince Aphakon Kiatiwong, Prince of Chumphon, Prince Admiral and Father of the Royal Thai Navy, who was also a doctor of medicine with a particular interest in herbal medicine, nicknamed Mo Phon (หมอพร), i.e. ‘Dr. Phon’. In the first design he wears the uniform of Phon Reua Ek (พลเรือเอก), i.e. Navy Admiral in the Royal Thai Navy, in the second design he wears a leisurely royal shirt referred to as chalong phra ong. Underneath each portrait is in Thai the number 100 (๑๐๐), indicating the 100th anniversary of his demise.
