Lady Amherst's Pheasant (male)

Their plumage is somewhat reminiscent of that of the male Golden Pheasant (fig.), but with a black and silver head and mostly white belly. Furthermore, it has a black-scaled white ruff, a green mantle and breast, blue wings, as well as some yellow and golden orange plumage on its back and rump.
