  Long-tailed Shrike (Rufous-backed Shrike)

A Long-tailed Shrike, also known as the Rufous-backed Shrike, has a pearl grey head and mantle, with a black eye mask, rufous flanks and back, and white underparts.

 

Its beak, feet and legs are nearly black. This one was spotted near Fatehpur Sikri, India.
