Phra Kaan Chai Sri is the servant of
Phra Yom, 
who is responsible for sending the souls of sinners to 
 
		hell. 
In Thai art, he is usually depicted as a golden
Chaturbuja deity 
wearing a
		
		
		
        chadah 
(fig.) 
and holding a sword, a wishing gem (fig.) 
and a  
pasa, while seated on his mount, i.e. a 
winged mythological animal.
