					Palace (fig.), 
						i.e. the former location of the 
			
		      
		      Chulachomklao
 Royal Military Academy (fig.), 
						built in a similar style. Behind this historical facade 
						is an inner court with newer buildings, that are only 
						visible to outsiders from the air  
						(fig.). 
						Above the Thai name of the department is its logo, which 
						includes the 
						
						former and unofficial
					coat of arms of the Kingdom of 
					
			      Siam, 
						which in part is also found on the top of the gable
