The Tak Provincial Sacrifice Memorial in Mae Sot, in Thai known as Anuson Phuh Sia Sa-la Jangwat Tak, commemorates the heroic deeds of those who sacrificed their lives in defense of the nation, in particular the brave fighters and martyrs who in the sixties carried out operations to suppress communist terrorism in the area and in which 93 civilians, police and soldiers were killed.
