Khlong To Yo (คลองโต๊ะยอ)

Thai. ‘Canal of the Indian Mulberry Scholar’. Name of a canal in eastern Bangkok. It is a southern side canal of the Khlong Saen Saeb (fig.), which starts in the vicinity of the Bangkapi wharf on the northern line of its express boat service, i.e. 65 meters to the east of it and on the opposite side, and which runs along a north-southern axis. Hence, whereas this canal in the north connects to Khlong Saen Saeb, in its southern end it joins the Hua Mahk Canal. It is 1.45 kilometer long and its width varies from 6 to 8 meters. See MAP.
