Vietnamese mooncakes stamped with a bat-design, i.e. a symbol for good luck (fig.), embossed on top with a special wooden bas-relief mould, known as a mooncake mould (fig.). There are many varieties of mooncakes and these ones are somewhat reminiscent of certain forms of kanom koh.
