Water colour painting of a postman riding a motorcycle to deliver mail, symbolizing the connection between sender and recipient.
It was created by Miss Kanokwan Sariphan (น.ส.กนกวรรณ สาริพันธ์), who won second runner-up in the stamp and prototype design contest under the theme ‘Delivering Every Relationship Towards Every Success’
. In the top left corner is the emblem of the World Post Day, i.e. two postage stamps, one deep sky blue─the other hino green, with stylized silhouettes of two people in dark blue reaching out to each other.
