It was created by Miss Kanokwan Sariphan (น.ส.กนกวรรณ สาริพันธ์), who won second runner-up in the stamp and prototype design contest under the theme ‘Delivering Every Relationship Towards Every Success’. In the top left corner is the emblem of the World Post Day, i.e. two postage stamps, one deep sky blue─the other hino green, with stylized silhouettes of two people in dark blue reaching out to each other.
