Sa-to phad kung is the name of a traditional dish from Southern Thailand, which consists of sa-to seeds (fig.) stir fried with shrimps. Herev it is served with rice and a yellow curry, known in Thai as kaeng leuang.

 

This postage stamp was issued in 2002 and is part of a set of four stamps on food, one for each of the main regions of the Kingdom (fig.).
