This colourful snake, near Sai Yok National Park in Kanchanaburi province, is known as a Red-necked Keelback and is recognizable by the greenish hue with yellow and red regions in the vicinity of its neck and throat.

VENOMOUS! This snake carries an intense hematoxic venom that contains procoagulants, anticoagulants and haemorrhagins, and its bite may be fatal!
