Wat Pahk Khao Sahn Tai is a  Buddhist temple in Saraburi that features several statues of Thao Wetsuwan, a yak or giant guardian, here depicted with a red complexion, and with Manuthiha (fig.), i.e. sphinx-like creatures, on either side.

These mythological beings have a body that is half-man and half-lion, and are here also depicted with a red complexion, whereas the sentinel portrayed with a red skin means that he is of Tavatimsa level and is then also referred to as Thao Wetsuwan Thepbut Sutthep, and also labelled Thao Wetsuwannoh, as well as Yak Wat Tai. Two statues of this guardian also flank one of the temple's entrances.

Amother entrance to the temple has a decorated elephant on either side of the gate. The temple is named after the district in which it is located, namely Pahk Khao Sahn.
