PROVINCIAL ESCUTCHEON
Phichit
The escutcheon of Phichit shows a bodhi tree (ton poh) on the banks of a pond (sra). The tree refers to the local temple Wat 'Poh' Prathap Chang, and the pond refers to the old name of the city, Meuang 'Sra' Luang.
