The Erawan National Park (fig.) in Kanchanaburi is home to the Erawan Waterfall (fig.), a cascade with a series of 7 falls. The lowest fall or level 1, seen here, is known as Lai Kheun Rang. The name might refer to the natural nest-shaped basins into which the water cascades, and which is a habitat for Mahseer Barb, especially Blue Mahseer (fig.).
