This 120 meter long naga, known officially as Phaya Sri Mukda Mahamuni Nihl Palanakaraat,  is the flagship attraction of Wat Roi Phraphutthabaht Phu Manorom (fig.), a hilltop Buddhist temple in Mukdahan, located on Mount Manorom.
