Commemorative postage stamp of the 1980 Red Cross Fair, surcharged to the denomination of 2 + 0.25 Baht, overprinted in black, as well as the Thai text bamrung kachaht (บำรุงกาชาด ๒๕๒๙), i.e. Support (the) Red Cross. It shows the demonstration of the antivenin process, in which the venom is milked from a snake at Bangkok's Red Cross Snake Farm, in order to produce an anti-ophidic serum, i.e. an antidote against a venomous snake bite.
