Look waay or look waay pah are the edible fruits from a species of wild rattan. The structure on the skin or coat of these small, globular fruits, which are edible, is somewhat reminiscent of that of the cap or cupule on acorns. In English these fruit are known as wild rattan fruits. Their taste is described as sour, akin to citrus.
