To mark 130 years of the first Thai postage stamp, which was issued on 4 August 1883, Thailand Post on 4 August 2013 issued its first ever lucky draw postage stamp in the form of a scratch lottery ticket. Truly an original idea. This photo shows a framed sample from the security printer.
