A white thread called
sai sin
spans the
interior of the
bot of Wat Loy Kroa in Chiang Mai,
starting from the main Buddha image in the building. It is used in the
seubchatah ceremony, where it will be
connected to the heads of the monks and the people sitting on the temple
floor underneath it. |
